MacMost reviews the Logitech Quickcam VIsion Pro, a USB web camera packaged specifically for Mac. It is a good replacement for the discontinued stand-alone iSight cameras if you don't have an iSight built into your Mac.
The first Mac-Compatible webcam from Logitech has quite a few cool features; it offers Carl Zeiss optics and autofocus technology. The webcam uses a voice coil motor for its autofocus system, instead of a stepper motor. Focusing is fast and fluid even from up close at 10 cm from the camera lens. The autofocus system compensates for changes in image-edge sharpness and refocuses images in less than three seconds. The 2-megapixel sensor helps it to capture video images in high resolution. It is assisted by Logitech’s RightLight Technology, which allows the webcam to adjust intelligently in dim or harshly backlighted situations.

Use the new Logitech webcam with iChat or Skype, you can enjoy VGA-quality video at up to 30 frames per second; that’s almost four times as sharp and twice as smooth as any other video-calling solution. The device is plug and play right out of the box. The QuickCam Vision Pro records sharp video clips in the 720p high-definition (HD) video format (960-by-720 pixels). Complementing your Mac computer, the new webcam comes with a black-and-silver profile with a prominent built-in silver microphone. It will be available from July for $130.

If you're wondering what the difference is between this and the very similar looking Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, it is that the auto-focus and light balancing features are build into the HARDWARE of this camera, and are not dependent on software running on a Microsoft OS to be utilized. That is why it is 'for Mac' and why it costs a little more.
